As a Lead Software Engineer for TimescaleDB Enterprise, you’ll help build and shape our on-prem enterprise platform: a solution that enables customers to deploy, manage, secure, and operate TimescaleDB in their own environments. This is a high-ownership builder role for someone who wants to shape both the product and the technical direction of a rapidly evolving enterprise offering. You’ll work across the full stack of the experience — from operational tooling and deployment systems to customer workflows and product capabilities — helping us turn complex enterprise requirements into pragmatic, scalable solutions. You’ll partner directly with enterprise customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to deeply understand operational pain points and build software that solves real-world infrastructure challenges. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong engineering instincts with product thinking, customer empathy, and the ability to navigate ambiguity confidently. 📍 This role is remote.
