Must Have
Extensive, hands-on experience as a Senior Software Engineer, primarily in Java development, Extensive experience with Spring Boot and AWS, Proven ability to design, implement, and deploy complex, high-performance, and secure applications, Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and NFRs (e.g., scalability, security, performance), experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment, particularly with self-organizing, autonomous teams, Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with modern development practices, including CI/CD, DevOps principles, and cloud environments is highly desirable, Experience with Kafka, Experience with React, Knowledge of C#
What You'll Do.
