Must Have

Extensive hands-on experience with distributed systems, concurrency, and production-scale systems, Proficiency in GoLang (primary language — non-negotiable), Basic level skill Frontend experience with React, Cloud platform knowledge — AWS, Azure, or GCP (at least one, deeply), Proven track record of delivering production code in an Agile environment, Collaborative engineer who drives shared code ownership and involves teammates in key decisions, Ability to design and implement distributed solutions for complex, real-world problems

Nice to Have

Experience with Terraform (Infrastructure as Code), Familiarity with Temporal for workflow orchestration, GitHub Admin experience (managing orgs, teams, access controls), Experience building CLI tools in GoLang, Knowledge of DSLs (Domain Specific Languages), Contributions to open source projects, Passion for build and test automation — CI/CD pipelines, test frameworks, Experience mentoring engineers and up skilling team members, Async programming skills — streams, event-driven architecture, reactive flows
