What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Hands on experience with core Java, Spring Boot, Spring (MVC, IOC, AOP, Security), SQL, RDBMS (Oracle and PostGRES), NoSQL (Cassandra, preferable), Web-services (JSON and SOAP), Kafka, Zookeeper, Hands on experience of developing microservice application & deploying them on any one of the public cloud like Google, AWS, Azure, PCF, Hands on experience of using IntelliJ/Eclipse/My Eclipse IDE, Hands on experience of writing Junit test cases, working with Maven/Ant/Gradle, GIT, Knowledge of Design Patterns, Experience of working with Agile methodologies, Knowledge of Security concepts (E. g. authentication, authorization, confidentiality etc. ) and protocols, their usage in enterprise application, Lead by example in driving AI augmented development and connecting AI agents with enterprise tools (e. g. , Jira, CI/CD pipelines, code repositories)
Nice to Have
Experience of working in Payments application Domain, Hands on experience of working with tools like Mockito, JBehave, Jenkins, Bamboo, Confluence, Rally & Jira
What You'll Do.
Technically lead project through all stages of the project life cycle
including requirement understanding
Work closely with Project Architect
BA and/or customer and come up with high level and low level design
Develop critical components whenever required and create proof of concepts for new/unknown use cases/ideas
responsible for overall code quality
Coach and mentor less experienced team members
Write and review Design Documentation
Do SCM Operations – branching
Study upcoming technologies and identify how they can be used to improve existing solution
Comply with organizations processes. Policies and protects organization’s Intellectual property
participate in organization level process improvement and knowledge sharing
driving AI augmented development and connecting AI agents with enterprise tools
