As a Capital One Software Engineer, you’ll have the opportunity to be on the forefront of driving a major transformation within Capital One. Our team builds and scales the real-time, high-throughput platform responsible for securely retrieving, transforming, and rendering/publishing vital credit and alternative data from leading external reporting agencies. This critical real-time API response engine directly powers the credit policy decisioning and models for operational decisions across the entire customer lifecycle. As a Lead Software Engineer on this backend-focused team, you will have the opportunity to architect robust backend APIs and high-performance serverless pipelines utilizing a modern tech stack centered around Java, Spring, AWS, DynamoDB, and Databricks.
