What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development, Proven experience leading system architecture in distributed/microservices environments, expertise in AWS-based cloud-native application development, Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and system scaling strategies, experience with microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes, Demonstrated experience leading engineers or technical initiatives, Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Nice to Have
Experience operating large-scale, production-grade distributed systems, background in observability and performance optimization, Experience driving architectural transformations or modernization initiatives
