Responsibilities - Develop high-quality backend systems using NodeJS, adhering to best coding practices. - Develop high-quality frontend applications using ReactJS / NextJS, adhering to best coding practices. - Ensure production stability and promptly resolve critical issues to minimize operational impact. - Analyze existing code and identify opportunities for enhancement and optimization. - Support cross-functional teams by addressing change requests efficiently. - Mentor and guide junior developers on best practices in software development. - Review peer pull requests to maintain code quality and consistency.
