Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, 8+ years of software engineering experience, 4+ years in senior or lead roles focused on AI/ML, Proven track record as a software engineer with AI expertise, Experience in Generative AI or RAG or LLMs, Proficiency in backend services and APIs, Expert-level proficiency in object-oriented programming, Extensive experience with AI/ML frameworks, Deep understanding of ML principles, Deep understanding of evaluation methodologies, Deep understanding of distributed systems, Deep understanding of full lifecycle of enterprise AI applications, Advanced experience with AWS, Advanced experience with orchestration tools, Demonstrated ability to integrate AI models into large-scale production systems, Leadership and mentoring skills, Excellent strategic thinking, Excellent problem-solving skills, Outstanding communication skills, Outstanding presentation skills, Experience influencing senior stakeholders
