What You'll Do.
Oversee resolution of incoming/outgoing shipment discrepancies
Escalate critical issues
Engage with stakeholders
Lead coordination of receipt/shipping documentation
Confirm receipt/shipping documentation
Serve as point of contact for priority shipments
Monitor shipping/receiving discrepancies
Develop solutions to mitigate errors
Offload material from delivery truck
Enter information into ERP system
Prepare material for counting process
Open & Close office/warehouse building
Operate Warehouse Forklift
Operate Raymond Picker to pull parts
Operate Raymond Picker to return parts
Update customer portal
Lift and carry cartons
Manage cartons utilizing safety tools
Operate company delivery truck for material movement
Operate company delivery truck for customer deliveries
Perform other duties as assigned
