Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. **Job Description** **Job Summary:** The Lead Shipping & Receiving Operator oversees inbound and outbound shipment activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with DOT, IATA, and OSHA regulations and coordinating with carriers and internal teams to maintain a smooth logistics operation. This role provides guidance to shipping and receiving team members, drives compliance with safety standards, models adherence to established processes, and fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement by training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
