The Services Specialist will have responsibility to Coordinating activities the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order. The position partners closely with **services sourcing** , procurement, legal, engineering, quality, repair/MRO operations, and suppliers to ensure strong supplier performance and compliant execution for the **F414 Navy** customer. ## Role Overview The Lead Services Specialist 1 will engage with suppliers to improve understanding, accountability, and execution of aftermarket product support commitments, including **repair availability** , **on-time delivery** , **repair turnaround time (TAT)** , **warranty** , and **reliability**. This role builds and manages supplier relationships, supports negotiations and long-term repair support contracting, and represents the **voice of the customer** in supplier interactions. The role also collects and analyzes supplier performance data, leads recovery actions when delivery or performance is at risk
