Explore our global benefits: [https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits](https://www.lonza.com/careers/benefits?utm_source=copilot.com) ## **What you will do** * Lead the planning and execution of analytical activities, including laboratory work, method development, data interpretation and scientific reporting. * Develop, optimise and troubleshoot analytical methods such as HPLC/UPLC, capillary electrophoresis, spectroscopy and mass spectrometry for protein characterisation. * Perform and review analytical experiments to assess key quality attributes of biotherapeutic proteins. * Present analytical findings and recommendations to internal project teams and stakeholders. * Provide analytical leadership within cross‑functional project teams, ensuring study progress, data quality, issue escalation and clear communication. * Scout, evaluate and help implement innovative analytical technologies, software and instrumentation across the Lonza network. * Contribute to a culture of scientific excellence, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the P&PA team. ## **What we are looking for** * Advanced experience in protein analysis within an academic or industrial analytical laboratory. * Strong technical expertise in chromatography, e
