What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6+ years of recruiting experience, 4+ years focused on hiring GTM roles at a fast-paced SaaS or technology company, Demonstrated success building Sales teams in high-growth, outbound-driven environments, understanding of SaaS Sales motions (SMB, mid-market, enterprise) and sales org structures, Proven ability to source and close top-performing sellers and leaders in competitive markets, Data-driven mindset, Excellent communication and storytelling skills, High agency and adaptability
Nice to Have
Experience as an early recruiter at a Series B-D startup, Familiarity with Sales compensation structures and competitive landscape, network of sales and marketing professionals in the Bay Area and New York
