What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Qualification as a Safety Specialist (according to ASiG), Safety engineer, Fire safety officer, Three or more years of professional experience in Safety / Occupational Safety, Knowledge in the area of environmental protection management, Proficiency in software, apps and web tools, Good German and English language skills
Nice to Have
Additional qualifications in HSE (Waste Officer, Emissions Protection Officer, Dangerous Goods, Hazardous Materials Officer, etc.)
What You'll Do.
Ensure smooth and safe processes
Strengthen health and safety culture
Ensure full compliance with legal requirements
Advise management and employees on safety
Develop and maintain emergency concepts
Create evaluations and reports on safety KPIs
Organize training for first aiders
Act as interface for cross-departmental projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with safety specialists; Collaborate with management team; Liaise with professional association; Liaise with local authorities; Liaise with fire department; Liaise with company doctor; Liaise with works council; Interface for cross-departmental projects; Represent Safety department at events
