What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year of factory, production or manufacturing experience, Must be 21 years of age or older, Legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Demonstrated experience training, leading and/or mentoring junior staff or new hires, 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment, Advanced knowledge of RollPros or similar automated production equipment troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications

Perform and oversee quality checks
Perform sampling and testing
Ensure accurate production tracking
Complete Block Tracker
Maintain adherence to SOPs
Maintain adherence to GMP standards
Maintain adherence to state compliance
and print compliance forms and labels

Execute seed-to-sale system actions
Verify inventory moves
Verify batch creation
Maintain a clean work environment
Maintain a sanitary work environment
