Advise customers on cannabis products

Assist in onboarding new hires

Uphold adherence to state and company rules
Perform bag and receipt checks
Label and package customer orders
Perform accurate cash handling
POS or product discrepancies
Troubleshoot technical issues in POS system
Maintain accurate records of dispensary activities
Perform routine inventory counts
Ensure product stock is organized
Assist managers with organizing sales floor merchandise
Assist managers with product displays
Ensure security measures and safety compliance
Assist in keeping the store organized and clean
Assist with onboarding Wellness Advisors
Assist with training Wellness Advisors
Escalate employee relations issues to management
Perform ad-hoc store opening procedures
