THE ROLE We are looking for a Lead Recruiter (Business Functions) to lead hiring across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Legal, Strategy, CEO Office, and other corporate functions globally. This role combines hands-on recruitment execution with leadership responsibilities. You will partner closely with business leaders to attract high-impact talent, drive hiring strategy, and help build a scalable Talent Acquisition function capable of supporting BJAK’s rapid global growth. You will play a critical role in shaping the organization by hiring exceptional talent while mentoring junior recruiters and establishing recruiting best practices across the business.
