Must Have

4+ years of experience in contingent workforce recruiting, staffing delivery, or talent acquisition within the India market, Proven experience leading recruiting delivery efforts in high-volume or fast-paced staffing environments, hands-on recruiting experience across technical, IT, engineering, or professional staffing domains, Demonstrated experience mentoring, training, or supporting junior recruiters and recruiting teams, understanding of India hiring practices, notice periods, compensation negotiations, and offer management strategies, Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and recruiting tools, communication, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship-building skills, Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities while maintaining quality and delivery timelines
