Must Have

7 or more years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing and leading multiple searches, Demonstrated experience leading recruitment efforts within the APAC region, ability to work through ambiguity, Proven track record as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional teams, Ability to act as a player-coach, balancing hands-on recruiting with leadership and management experience, communication, interaction, and negotiation skills with internal clients and external candidates

Nice to Have

Experience recruiting for diverse roles such as Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering, Experience utilizing Greenhouse or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage pipelines, Adaptability, flexibility, and a results-oriented approach to building collaborative relationships in the workplace

Handle full-cycle recruitment responsibilities
