Role: React Native Lead Duration: Long Term Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid) Independent Visa Only 10-15 yrs. exp. We are looking for an experienced Lead React Native Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the development of high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and implementing the mobile application architecture, ensuring that the codebase is clean and scalable, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and architecture of mobile applications using React Native for both iOS and Android platforms. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of scalable mobile app architecture, ensuring high performance and reliability. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and backend developers, to define app features and ensure a smooth development process. Implement pixel-perfect, buttery-smooth UIs across both mobile platforms that match design specifications. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to performance bottlenecks, bugs, and native-like performance. Coordinate and lead daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and other agile development activities to ensure progress and project milestones are met. Mentor junior developers, sharing knowledge and fostering an environment of continuous learning and collaboration. Implement cutting-edge animations and transitions to create a dynamic and engaging user experience. Ensure that applications are thoroughly tested and adhere to the highest code quality standards.
