What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Around 10 years of experience in hardware quality engineering, Worked in highly regulated industries (medical, defense, aerospace), Master CE standards, Audited and worked with manufacturing suppliers, Comfortable traveling to China

Nice to Have

Experience with Python and machine learning frameworks, Knowledge of X, Proficient in X, Familiar with X, X experience required

What You'll Do.

Define and own the hardware quality plan

Set quality standards and acceptance criteria

share and roll out quality processes

Create internal and external templates

Train and challenge the hardware team

Define test plans for every product

Run test plans systematically

Set up structured supplier quality control

Define corrective action plans

Travel to China to audit suppliers

Bring down defect rates

Secure certifications

Improve field reliability
