Must Have
10-14 years of experience in Quality Assurance / Testing roles within banking or regulated enterprise environments, experience testing Java and Spring Boot applications and microservices, Hands-on experience with Databricks and Apache Spark data platforms, focus on data quality validation and reconciliation frameworks, Experience in performance testing, load testing, and system scalability validation, Ability to define and govern QA frameworks, standards, and controls, Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD quality gates, understanding of cloud-native architectures and AWS environments, Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Nice to Have

## **Role Summary & Role Description:** The Quality Assurance Officer is a senior quality leader with **10-14 years of experience** , responsible for defining, governing, and executing end‑to‑end quality assurance strategies for **enterprise applications, data platforms, and AI‑enabled solutions**.
