What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering field, Previous experience in maintenance environment, Knowledge of Design, Production and Maintenance activities, Knowledge of Quality standard and Airworthiness Authority regulations, Demonstrated experience in facing and supporting audits, Ability to identify risks, Experience in Quality System arrays and modification management, Knowledge of UN9100 and/or UN9110, Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Availability to business trips in Italy and abroad, Fluent in Italian and English, Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation
Nice to Have
preferably in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably in Aerospace or Aeronautical field companies, preferably both in Commercial and Military applications, oral and written communication skills, Ability to work in a cross-functional teamwork environment, Team-work skills and ability to work effectively with all levels of employees

Support MRO approvals
Manage and update Company Manuals
Support SMS implementation
and monitor personnel qualification
