What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years within the quality engineering space, Proven experience in leading and coaching junior engineers when it comes to quality and embedding it into teams., You have a desire to continually improve, with an innate curiosity and an eye for detail, You have excellent communication skills, with the ability to proactively seek out and raise risks with relevant team members and leadership, working with them to help resolve any issues., You have a understanding of testing techniques, heuristics and processes - and how/when they are implemented during the development process, You have a understanding of test automation, its benefits and how it should be implemented along with knowledge of pitfalls., You can also prove that you have implemented frameworks and development standards for green-field projects.
Nice to Have
exposure to applications built with Javascript/Typescript + Next/NestJS, exposure to testing frameworks such as Appium, exposure to testing frameworks such as Playwright, exposure to testing frameworks such as Supertest, exposure to testing frameworks such as K6/Artillery/JMeter, exposure to Contract Testing tools such as PACT, exposure to Observability frameworks such as Grafana or Datadog
