Lead implementation and governance of ServiceNow Generative AI features
Apply modern platform engineering practices
Champion secure coding and compliance across ServiceNow and AWS solutions
Partner with product owners and architects to define platform strategy
and scalable design patterns
Lead advanced enterprise integrations using Integration Hub and custom REST/SOAP/API solutions
Modernize legacy workflows to improve UX and business automation
Provide thought leadership in AI enhanced development lifecycle
Support development of the design strategy for new products
Act as team lead on implementation process for new products
