Compensation willing and able to cross-license Eligible for DEA registration in DC, MD, and VA without restriction. Active NPI number Experience in direct clinical care 2+ years of experience providing medication management treatment to children, adolescents, and/or adults is highly preferred Prior clinical leadership or supervision experience Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Strong performance management and data-driven mindset An interest in engaging in a collaborative team environment What You’ll Do You’ll serve as the clinical and operational lead for psychiatric providers in your market. This hybrid role includes ~10–16 hours/week of patient care, with the remainder focused on leading, coaching, and developing PMHNPs and PAs.
