What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor or Master Degree (Engineering/Math/Science degree preferred), Demonstrate experience in project planning in the subsea industry, Demonstrate expertise in use of the Primavera P6 planning tool, Additional knowledge of MRP is required, Be able to understand the status of a project and link the schedule to the reality of the execution, Have expertise in planning of a large project as well as use of the Primavera P6 planning tool
What You'll Do.
building overall project schedule
project on-time delivery
manage product level planners
Scheduling management
oversees the overall project schedule management ensuring its quality (logic
clarity) and accuracy (update of dates
reflection of the scope of supply)
Coordinating and executing supervision
coordinating and collaborating with the other planners
maintain quality and accuracy of their portion of the plan through regular reviews
provide help and guidance when they are faced with challenges
Supporting project management
provide visibility on look ahead of tasks to be performed in the 3 – 6 weeks
provide visibility on risks in schedules and mitigation actions
provide visibility on opportunities in the schedule
provide relevant reports to project management
interact with the customer to provide update on schedule as well as explain the current situation / challenges / opportunities
Implementing integrated project planning initiative
adhere to the approved processes
proactively drive implementation of new initiatives leading to fully integrated planning
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
manage product level planners; coordinating and collaborating with the other planners; provide help and guidance to other planners; The product line planners will be dotted line to the EPC planner; at the right hand of the project director
Communication Scope
interact with the customer to provide update on schedule; explain the current situation / challenges / opportunities
Process & Methodology
