Full Job Description

As a Lead Project Manager, your role will consist of two parts: Project Management and Corporate/Departmental Assignments. Project Management responsibilities include: * Management of small (<5 countries and/or limited services) and medium sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) projects under general supervision with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget * Performing the project co-manager’s role in complex international projects/programs with secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget * Adherence to and promotion of principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers * Project team leadership Corporate/Departmental Assignments include: * Training, mentoring and coaching of study team members. * Participation in feasibility research * Assistance in business development tasks, such as development of proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and the like * Implementation of company standard practices and compliance with intradepartmental procedures ## Qualifications * At least 5-year industry experience in clinical research * At least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from startup to closure * Experience in Oncology is preferred, experience in Gastroenterology and/or radipharmaceuticals is a plus ## Additional Information If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
