Must Have
10+ years of experience leading ERP implementations, Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programs, Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field
Nice to Have
Master's degree preferred, Experience with Agile preferred, SAP or Oracle ERP certifications, Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), Experience with multi-instance ERP consolidation, Experience with global rollouts, Executive communication skills, Stakeholder management skills
