Asset Management: Oversee inventory control, tracking, and operations for specialized test equipment and label printing resources. Project Closeout: Coordinate and validate closeout packages, including test reports, redlines, as-built drawings, and warranties. Minimum Qualifications Required: 5+ years of experience in project engineering within telecom, connectivity, or data center environments. Proficiency with Bluebeam or similar estimating software and the ability to fluently read and interpret blueprints/specifications. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Telecom/Connectivity trade scopes, data center environments, and cabling installation standards. Deep understanding of Division 27 specifications. Data Management: Ability to accurately maintain internal data systems (Loenbro systems). Experience with as-builts, redlines, and project closeout processes. Experience using Fluke, EXFO, or similar test equipment. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field. Ability to design cabling systems adhering to industry standards/Div27 specifications. Deep understanding of fiber optic troubleshooting and cleaning methods. Preferred: RCDD certification.
