Lead Project Engineer **Company:** The Boeing Company The **Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS)** \- Phantom Works organization is seeking a talented **Lead** **Project Engineer** to join the **Signature Integrity Software Team** in **Berkeley, MO** as a Team Lead. Signature Integrity is the ability to manufacture and maintain to an electro physics signature performance, evaluate defects, and provide signature status through signature management systems. A successful member of this team will lead project alignment and development of a system for production and champion integration into other digital systems and IT infrastructure. **Position Responsibilities:** * Provides project leadership to a software development team representing multiple skill areas, which may include internal and external resources and customers * Works with customers and management to obtain approvals, develop implementation strategies, plans, and coordinates with the Signature Integrity Lead. * Participates in and responds to requirement changes from a Configuration Control Board, assesses the impact and negotiates proposed changes to determine modifications to the deliverables, resources, costs and schedules * Leads project to complete the work statement * Identify performance metrics, plans, identifies, and coordinates resources required over the life of the project * Defines plans for risk mitigation and opportunity * Compares actual results to baseline plan to assess project performance, efficiencies, productivity and lessons learned * Provides technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans * Works under minimal direction **This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
