Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, operations, finance or related field, 15+ years’ experience in program management or equivalent experience, Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs with high visibility and business impact, Analytical expertise with comfort in making decisions based on data-driven insights, Experience managing across delivery and product functions with a track record of influencing without authority, Effective executive communication and presentation skills with the ability to synthesize complex ideas for leadership audiences, Proven track record of successfully operating as both a strategist and executor in various areas of business, PMP certification
