Lead a team of Packaging Technicians in daily production tasks
Oversee all lab product filling and packaging activities while ensuring compliance with regulations
Manage inventory and ensure accurate recordkeeping for all products and materials
Perform and guide team members in tasks such as: Filling capsules
and vaporizer cartridges
and packaging products with precision
Applying tamper-evident seals and batch-specific labeling
Monitor and drive productivity metrics
tracking performance hourly and daily
Train and mentor team members
fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
Troubleshoot equipment and ensure all tools are maintained in a ready state
Maintain compliance with state regulations
including product labeling and seed-to-sale tracking systems
Implement and uphold continuous improvement initiatives like 5S and waste reduction practices
Ensure workplace safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
