Must Have

JOB SUMMARY :- Product Engineering The Product Engineer will be knowledgeable of the basic processes and facilitate other engineers at the site. This individual is also responsible for the implementation, support, training, and troubleshooting for the process being assigned in their facility. This position is assigned to an individual who has good hands-on experience with the product and process, and already be considered to be a key person of the process. Perform as a technical leader across disciplines and or technologies and assist management in meeting our strategic initiatives. They will drive the proficiency within the team, assure best practices are followed and support the delivery of quality solutions. Under supervision of higher-level peers, manages the verification of lower-complexity products and projects, and assists in high-complexity projects. Participates in the verification of various new products by qualifying new products and related design collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to conceptualize, design, and develop new products or enhance existing ones. Your focus will be on ensuring that the product meets customer needs, market demands, and quality standards. Work closely with manufacturing teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate on design
