What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Product management and end to end delivery of products, ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements, Proven track record collaborating in cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products and features, Designing, executing, and distilling user research to drive value for the customer, Excellent execution, communication, and stakeholder management skills, Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
AI know how, specifically experience of working on Gen AI & agentic use cases support & delivery, Payments industry experience is a plus
What You'll Do.
Own strategy and roadmap for Gen AI and agentic capabilities across Payment Reconciliation Intelligence
Translate a deep understanding of our customers into products and solutions that drive significant customer value
Balance the long-term direction of a product with today’s needs and constraints by fully understanding the technical
and commercial contexts of our products
Partner closely with engineering
other platform/COE teams to ensure architecture quality
backlog prioritizations
Partner with Customer Experience team to design intuitive
highly relevant features that are of maximum value to clients
Ensure consistent alignment between business priorities and development objectives
and experimentation to validate use cases

Build cross-functional and stakeholder alignment across global teams
Mentor and develop junior product managers
