The Business & Markets Insights (BMI) team builds global intelligence products, and the Operational Intelligence Program is expanding these with agentic AI, LLM-driven workflows, and autonomous operational agents. We are seeking a Lead Product Manager to define strategy, lead technical development, and bring these capabilities to scale. Role Responsibilities - Product Strategy & Roadmap: 1\. Own strategy and roadmap for agentic AI features across Operational Intelligence. 2\. Drive 0→1 product development for new AI and SaaS capabilities. 3\. Define use cases for LLM agents, autonomous workflows, and A2A orchestration. Technical Product Leadership 1\. Translate customer problems into clear technical requirements for LLMs, RAG pipelines, agent orchestration, and tool-use. 2\. Partner with AI/ML and engineering teams on architecture, grounding, retrieval, safety, and evaluation. 3\.
