The Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is the lead agency driving Singapore’s Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation. Demonstrated people management experience (e.g., hiring, coaching, performance management) leading multi-disciplinary teams. Proven track record delivering enterprise/internal-facing digital products that drive measurable productivity, service quality, or operational efficiency outcomes.
