You will define the foundational architecture for one of the fastest-growing platforms in corporate treasury technology, backed by Ripple's global infrastructure and $100B+ in processed payment volume. Direct exposure to a CEO-level platform mandate and daily work alongside engineering, AI, and connectivity product teams serving Global 2000 corporations. The Lead Product Manager, Platform Experience defines the foundational layer that determines how fast every product pod at Ripple Treasury can complete their work. This role operates at the intersection of identity engineering, data model architecture, and platform UX, reporting to the Managing Director, Platform, AI and Quantitative Strategy. It carries the most significant platform-level scope on the product team. The mandate is direct: solve foundational problems once so no solution pod has to solve them again.
