We're looking for a Lead PM who will lead two critical personalisation priorities - unlocking personalised experiences for our consumers on their Mart (groceries) discovery experience, and recommending the right Grab offering contextually to delight our consumer This is a high-ownership, IC role. You'll set the direction, partner closely with ML engineers and data scientists, and ship measurable consumer experience and business outcomes This role requires a blend of technical depth in recommendation systems, connecting consumer problems to technical solutions, and the leadership skills to align cross-functional teams based in Beijing and Singapore. Critical tasks you will perform will include, * End-to-End Ownership of personalisation experience roadmap for our Mart (Groceries) and cross sell business priorities * Build best in class Discovery, upgrading the user discovery experience, relevance, personalisation resulting in increased conversion * Lead AI-Led personalisation on Grab leveraging the latest LLM led approaches to personalise consumer experience * Partner with Data Science & ML Engineering to evolve the models and signals that power personalization algorithms.
