Own the product roadmap
Represent the squad in senior stakeholder forums
Mentor Product Managers and Product Owners
Drive player lifetime value through engagement loops
and purchase strategies across the entire game lifecycle
Use player segmentation and purchasing behaviour insights to prioritise product work
Collaborate on CRM strategy to increase purchase frequency
Build prototypes and MVPs using AI coding tools to accelerate validation
Coach the team on AI-assisted product development
Translate revenue targets and commercial plans into product requirements
Build trusted relationships across CRM
and Engineering teams
Maintain clear monetisation KPIs
