We aren't just building a tool; we’re building the infrastructure for the future of health benefits. As our Lead Product Manager, you will report directly to the CEO. You aren't just managing a backlog; you are the architect of our next phase of growth. You will lead the "0-1" charge for new integrated partnerships and innovative product lines that will define SimplyInsured for the next decade. This is a high-leverage role for a veteran PM who wants the autonomy to own product strategy and solve complex problems. What You’ll Do Architect the Roadmap: Define the vision and strategy for new integrated partnerships (e.g., embedding our engine into the world's largest B2B platforms). Shape our AI Strategy: Identify and execute opportunities to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI to automate the "un-automatable." You will lead the charge in using AI to parse complex plan documents, power intelligent customer support agents, and personalize insurance recommendations, ensuring SimplyInsured stays at the frontier of Insurtech innovation.
