Full Job Description
GovTech is the lead agency driving Singapore’s Smart Nation initiatives and public sector digital transformation. As the Centre of Excellence for Infocomm Technology and Smart Systems (ICT translate needs into a sequenced and measurable roadmap. Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning. Act as the voice of the user within the organization. Ensure that user needs and feedback are integrated into product planning and development. Drive Adoption proactively manage risks (privacy/security, data quality, operational readiness). What We Are Looking For More than 8 years of relevant experience as a Senior Product Manager or Senior Programme Manager. Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking for product implementation and growth. You possess strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and mentor product teams. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities are essential, particularly with application in discovery sessions and prototyping. You have strong analytical, conceptualisation, and facilitation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with good stakeholder engagement abilities and the capacity to influence and pitch ideas effectively. You should be comfortable navigating complex organisational structures and working with diverse stakeholders including tripartite partners. Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools is expected. You should have working knowledge of AI tools and concepts, and familiarity
