About the Role We're looking for a Lead Product Manager for our Clinical Experience team, who will own the strategy and roadmap for how Galileo integrates with, extends, and eventually surpasses traditional EHR infrastructure. This role sits at the intersection of clinical reality and technical execution. A meaningful portion of the work lives close to the clinical data layer, mapping patient information flows across systems, identifying where clinical integrations are brittle or incomplete, and writing specs that turn those gaps into shipped solutions. This is not a ticket-writing role. The decisions made here shape what Galileo can do for patients five years from now. Cross-functional alignment is core to this role. On any given week, that means pressure-testing a FHIR implementation with engineering, reviewing a vendor's interoperability claims with clinical operations, or syncing with leadership on the data strategy roadmap. Strong candidates hold context across these conversations and translate fluently between clinical, technical, and executive audiences.
