Full Job Description
## Accountabilities Build and enhance full-stack product features, including buyer-facing interfaces, admin panels, and internal tools that support platform operations and user workflows. Develop dashboards, reporting systems, and data visualization features that transform complex datasets into actionable insights for users and stakeholders. Design and implement backend logic, SQL-driven workflows, and integrations with internal systems and external REST APIs using NodeJS. Collaborate closely with founders and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and scalable product features. Continuously improve platform performance, usability, reliability, and maintainability while contributing to architectural and roadmap discussions. Leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering workflows and improve delivery efficiency. Operate with high autonomy, taking ownership from ideation through deployment in a fast-paced, product-centric environment. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in product engineering or full-stack development, ideally building SaaS products, marketplaces, dashboards, or B2B platforms. Strong proficiency in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) with a deep understanding of responsive design and browser fundamentals. Solid experience with NodeJS and REST API design, including third-party integrations and backend service development. Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases, especially in data-heavy environments. Proven ability to independently deliver features end-to-end, with strong debugging, problem-solving, and system-thinking skills. Experience working in agile or startup environments, balancing speed, quality, and ownership under minimal supervision.
