What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7+ years of product design experience in fintech or other scaled consumer products, Proven track record of shipping high-impact features or products used by large audiences, portfolio demonstrating both deep problem-solving and long-term, systems-level thinking, Experience launching new products or major features, from early stages through iteration, Deep expertise in mobile-first design, visual design paired with practical UX judgment, Fluency in Figma and modern design workflows, Actively pursuing fluency in new AI design tools and workflows
Nice to Have
Experience designing credit, lending, or financial products with ongoing member relationships, Exposure to products serving gig workers or non-traditional income earners, Experience with incorporating AI into design workflows or product experiences
