Must Have
10+ years of experience in Product Design, A portfolio that shows strength in UX, interaction, and visual design, Expertise in Figma, Experience designing for complex systems or SaaS products, Proven experience improving or maintaining a design system, Experience designing for mobile apps and understanding platform-specific design patterns, understanding of user research methods and how to turn insights into actionable ideas, Hands-on with tools that enable faster iteration, prototyping, and testing, Curiosity around AI adoption in design and the ability to experiment with new tools or workflows, Clear communication skills, Comfort discussing technical constraints with developers and finding practical solutions, A strategic mindset that connects design to business goals, Experience with AI-driven or conversational products
