What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Product Design, Experience designing for complex user flows, business tools, or financial / insurance services, In-depth knowledge of User Design and Product Design methodologies, Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Comfortable working in an agile environment, A data-driven approach to design, A relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Have

Ideally within a SaaS, Fintech, or high-growth scale-up environment, Experience facilitating workshops and design sprints, Advanced prototyping tools, Experience using tools like Looker, Heap, GA, or Hotjar to inform and validate decisions
