Our team is building a modern service management platform that enables growing businesses to reduce operational complexity and drive business success. We’re looking for an experienced Product designer to join our team and help us build our modern service management platform. This is a hybrid position based out of our Bengaluru office. We also enjoy working with people looking to learn new things and have a sense of responsibility toward their work. You have spent at least three years of experience designing modern applications with user-centric design principles. You have worked on B2B SaaS applications and have a good understanding of conversational experiences. You can stay on top of non-functional requirements and can build scalable design systems, responsive layouts and accessible experiences. You have hands-on experience using design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator every day to get work done. You can collaborate with a team full of opinionated people and stay unbiased while presenting your ideas during brainstorming sessions. You should be able to improvise and make quick design decisions while leveraging basic design principles and common sense. You need to come in with a growth mindset and push yourself to get better every day. You have taken the time to read and understand our cultural values.
