What They're Looking For.
Must Have
8+ years full-cycle technical recruiting experiences with a focus on Product Design, Proven track record of engaging passive candidates, building diverse pipelines, providing inclusive candidate experiences, A data-driven mindset and approach, Ability to work in a fluid environment, staying flexible, organized, Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment, staying highly organized, accountable, Quick to ramp on new recruiting tools and workflows, The ability to use AI as a partner and not a decision maker, Clear understanding of how to use AI responsibly with privacy, inclusion, and candidate experience in mind, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience
