What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year of experience working in cannabis processing or similar manufacturing environment, physically able to sit, stand and kneel for periods of time exceeding 4 hours, Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner, Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust, Requires ability to sit, stand, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time, Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level, Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment, Must be 21 years of age or older to apply, Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry, Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship at any time

What You'll Do.
Accurately input and maintain data related to production
and compliance using METRC
maintain and troubleshoot machine trimming equipment safely and efficiently
ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime
Ensure all processing activities comply with state and federal regulations
as well as internal policies
Conduct regular audits and report any discrepancies
Conduct product inspections and collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any issues
Regularly check and maintain optimal environmental conditions in the dry room
including temperature
and air circulation to ensure proper drying of harvested cannabis
Monitor and evaluate the productivity of processing staff through observation and data analysis
Ensure all processing activities adhere to GMP standards
including wearing appropriate PPE
and operational procedures
Maintain a sanitary work environment and maintaining cleaning logs for all processing workstations

Act as a mentor to new and existing staff, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and confidence; Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication; collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any issues
